MODMAIL COMMANDS

Commands you have to use in an opened thread
m!r MESSAGE - Reply to a thread
m!ar MESSAGE - Reply Anonymously to a thread
m!snippets - Shows available snippets
!!SNIPPET-NAME - Autoreply using pre-defined snippets (!!hi = Hello! How can I help you today?)
!!!SNIPPET-NAME - Same as above, but anonymously

m!move ig/dis/tech/und - Moves the thread to a category (m!move dis)
m!logs - Lets you check previous threads from the user you're chatting with.

m!edit NUMBER New-text - Edit your own previous reply sent with m!r (m!edit 3 Hello)
*temporarily unavailable m!delete NUMBER - Deletes your own previous reply sent with m!r

m!alert - You get an alert when the user answers you back
m!alert cancel - Cancels the alert

m!suspend - Suspends a thread (we can still write in it, but user can send new threads)
m!unsuspend - Unsuspends a thread (new answers from the user will be sent back to this thread)

m!note Add a note for the user
m!notes Show all notes for the user
m!delete_note noteID - Delete the specified note

m!close TIMER - Close the thread after a set time. (m!close 10m - will close in 10 minutes)
Sending a message to the user or receiving a message from the user will cancel scheduled closing.
Never !close without a timer

Commands you can use in ⁠#modmail-commands
m!newthread USERID - Open a new thread for a user
m!logs USERID - List previous Modmail logs with the specified user - Use it outside of a thread.

NOTE
Not using m!r allows the staff to talk in the thread without the user to see it.

CLAIM AND MOVE A TICKET

1️⃣ Claim a ticket by writing "Claim" in it
2️⃣ Move it to the proper category
3️⃣ Answer the ticket

m!move discord Moves ticket to Discord inquiries Category
m!move tech Moves ticket to Tech-support Category
m!move und Moves ticket to Undetermined Category

Procedure: Player botting
1️⃣ Collect evidences according to the Moderation Guidelines, check ⁠mod-files and take a decision accordingly.
2️⃣ If a punishment is issued, fill the Moderation spreadsheet

In case of a doubt, please ping an other Mod/CM OR a GM if it's really needed

Inclusion: (what will be treated by a GM)
- Report through the modmail of bulk Gold Farming Bot
- Report through the modmail of item Resell Shops
- Ticket that requires GM Tool (chat logs, etc.)

Exclusion: (what won't be treated by a GM)
- Botting reports that involve a player

Procedure for Moderators
1️⃣ Collect valid evidence from user
2️⃣ Collect IP of Botters/Resellers In Game, ban the active Gold Farming Botters (not the resellers)
3️⃣ Use m!move gm
4️⃣ Use m!suspend in the ticket
5️⃣ Write a summary/context, paste the IP images and paste them in the ticket (not visible to user)
